Susan Keselenko Coll (she/her) is the author of six novels, most recently Bookish People. Her previous novel, The Stager, was a New York Times and Chicago Tribune Editor’s Choice, and Acceptance was made into a television movie starring Joan Cusack. Her work has appeared in publications including the New York Times Book Review, the Washington Post, Washingtonian, Moment Magazine, NPR.org, Atlantic.com, and The Millions. She is currently the president of the PEN/Faulkner Foundation and the events advisor at Politics and Prose Bookstore. Newsday has called Coll the “Queen of Literary Comedy.” A new novel, Real Life and Other Fictions, is forthcoming in May 2024.
